21st century US war crimes unusually rare

Ignore knee-jerk empty-headed imbecilic opinions: "Anyone who has been close to combat or who has read histories of World War II would be struck not by the presence of war crimes [in Iraq & Afghanistan] but by the fact that in all the WikiLeaks files so few potential cases are found." http://bit.ly/hEtBDF
'The consistent reality of the leaks is that they do not reveal anything new to the informed but do provide some amusement over certain comments, such as Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and President Dmitri Medvedev being called "Batman and Robin."'
"There is rarely affection among nations, but politeness calls for behaving differently when a person is in the company of certain other people than when that person is with colleagues talking about those people. This is the simplest of human rules. Not admitting what you know about others is the foundation of civilization."
